From here you can jump on the pedestrian ferry and enjoy a day out in Falmouth or take a cruise on Carrick Roads estuary. In the summertime, enjoy a boat trip to the beautiful St Anthony Head. Also accessible from here is the cathedral city of Truro, boasting an array of shops and eateries (12 miles). Sit back and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV, perhaps opening the sash windows to enjoy the gentle sea breeze.
