The property also consist of a family bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is roadside parking available, as well as a front and rear enclosed lawn garden with seating. 74 Charlestown Road is a fantastic base for a holiday to south Cornwall and the surrounding heritage coastline. Note: During UK School Holidays property only accepts bookings commencing on a Saturday

A delightful coastal village on the south coast, a mile from St. Austell. Famous for its harbour filled with a collection of tall ships riding at anchor, as well as a shipwreck museum and offering easy access to the coastal path, it’s the perfect holiday destination for exploring the south coast. It has even been used as a filming location, most well known for appearing in Poldark. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 20 minutes' drive away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles.
