Located in the small coastal village of Porthtowan, this apartment is a short walk from one of the UK s top surfing spots. While exploring the rock pools and following the coastal path, look out for the occasional dolphin, seal and basking shark that call these waters home. Once you have finished investigating the local area, venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall s most popular attractions, which include The Eden Project, Land s End, Padstow and St. Ives. Inside, this contemporary apartment offers sociable open plan living. In the modern kitchen area, you will find everything you need to cook up a meal with the local produce available: a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dine at the round table and chairs before sinking into the comfortable leather sofas to spend the evening watching the Smart TV or playing with the games console.
