We were a group of 8 adults and enjoyed a wonderful week at Cragford. Everything was great including the equipment in the kitchen, music and movies. The DVD player connected to the Movie projector did not work but we connected the second DVD player for the TV with it. Maybe you need to swotch them around for future clients.
Would love to come again. The Caretaker was also very responsive

The cottage is an an excellent location nice and private with access to the beach.. Although the walk back is a workout.
Stunning views and beautiful garden space.
Jason was very helpful and friendly.
Lots of spaces around the house for a family of 9.
Some improvements could be made to the house such as
Clean windows
Scissors and a pizza cutter in the kitchen

This house was in a terrible state of repair.. The downstairs bedroom curtains were broken and useless, which we had to engineer a fix for. The WiFi didn't work for the second half of the week. I was extremely disappointed with so many matters about Cragford, it needs a huge amount of work. Beyond the broken fixtures and false advertising, what is a reasoning behind providing 3 dishwasher tablets for an entire week? Or only one loo roll per bathroom? Surely for a £3500 per week rental you can stretch to one tablet for each day you have rented the property for at the very least!?!

Location fantastic.. Cleanliness and upkeep of house a massive disappointment and not to the standards described or expected. Sauna didn’t work, wallpaper hanging off, sofas filthy, kitchen worktops sticky, whole house tired and in need of work. Cigarette ends everywhere in the garden. Never been so excited and so let down before.

Cragford was exceptional.. The views out to sea were amazing.
The property is very spacious. Our own home seemed more than adequate until we got used to the luxury and space of Cragford.
The details and pictures on your website GAVE a good representation but the reality was even better.

We had a wonderful time at Cragford.. This holiday home is beautiful. The house itself needs a bit of modernising but the views make up for everything! Sykes was a good service - love the app; and appreciated the chat feature for last minute questions. But I would have wanted Sykes to be better prepared to help me with recommendations for tour companies or local dining options. In the end, Jason (groundskeeper) helped us with most of those elements. The holiday home is out of the way and difficult to find. So if you hire grocery delivery or having a tour pick you up, make sure that you are more clear on how to find it. There is no cell service in the house which is a real problem. Cragford should have a better sign at the road, for others to find it. It is far away from any restaurant, so I would suggest that you must either have a car to get to restaurants or bring in a chef! We were lucky to work with DineIndulge Chefs and they were terrific! They came several times during the week so that we didn't have to drive anywhere and could enjoy wine at home. The beach is gorgeous and our kids loved putting on their wetsuits and going out with the boards at Cragford. There was a lot of space and room for relaxation. I loved the board games; firewood; and the movie theatre was terrific. We would definitely go again - next time for 2 weeks instead of 1 week! We were sad to leave.

Cragfords location cannot be beaten.. High on the cliff top looking down into Sennen Cove and watching the sunset over the sea is probably as good as it gets. The property is well laid out with a large kitchen, three lounges with extremely well provided for entertainment facilities, and the. Views from the main lounge are superb. There is an elevated balcony with a table and chairs and with good views off of the main lounge. Main bedroom is big and comfortable but unusual, an acquired taste. The main widow in this bedroom and the views from it are out of this world. The showers were not up to scratch, with the flow rate in all but the main bedroom one, inadequate. One detachable head fixed permanently in place with duct tape. Toilet flushing in the main bedroom needs practice. In summary the plumbing needs attention. Also the house is looking a bit tired espescially externally and could could do with a bit of refurbishing. This should not distract from the atmosphere and location of the place which is unsurpassed. Sennen is worth a visit if just for the food at the “old success” inn. The other coasts both North and South are very close, a visit to st Michael’s Mount will not disappoint. Also the Minak Theatre is very unusual and worth a visit. Of course Lands End is only a couple of miles away and and worth a visit.

Amazing position and very comfortable beds, chairs etc.. However the address of the property is incorrect on your website so our Tesco online delivery driver never found us ,compounded by the fact there is no phone signal at the property. We spent all our first evening in a lay-by 3 miles from the property contacting Tesco. In the end we had to drive back to Penzance to collect our food at 11pm at night.
The property is lovely inside but VERY scruffy outside. We called Jason (the caretaker) on the Monday to point out to him that the parasols were broken , the path to the beach had brambles blocking our way, there was no washing line to hang our beach towels etc on. We had our grandson of 11 months with us so not having a working parasol upset us greatly, also the straps in the high chair provided were broken. Most importantly of all there was no key in the fire exit door- in the house information pack it talks about how we must not remove the key from the fire exit door. There was NO key in the door at all so there was no way we could open the door. To be fair Jason came the next day and rectified all the issues but we paid a lot of money for this property and I feel we shouldn’t have had to spoil our holiday pointing out these failings plus the fact we had to again travel several miles to get a phone signal in order to make contact with Jason.

A beautiful property with everything you need, fantastic views inside and out.. We loved exploring the gardens and saw plenty of wildlife, the highlight being watching the dolphins playing in the bay. The cinema and surround sound systems kept us entertained in the evenings, can't wait to come back next year!

We booked this house for a three day trip to get to know Cornwall.
The house highly exceeded our expectations.
Smartly Built to every detail, it has plenty of space, all the amenities you can think of, and is very well maintained.
You even have a high resolution projector for a home cinema with surround sound n be of the two lounges.
But all that is nothing compared to the marvelous experience of sleeping in one of the super comfortable sofas in the almost 180° windowed lounge with a view over sennen beach, gwinver beach and the Scilly islands. Watch the sky or the same beaches view in the master bedroom. Or wake up at 6:30 am to see the Fox crossing the garden.
We shall never forget

Beautiful house in a spectacular position.. Kitchen is a bit tired and parts of the house feel a little dated but the home cinema and tech was very good. To justify a truly Premium Price it is in need of a
minor refurb. Sennen Cove has a lovely beach and pub and Lands End is walkable via the Coastal Path. Recommend the owners stock a fresh set of champagne flutes, as only one available and the house is worthy of celebrating a special occasion in.
