There are two shower rooms one on the first-floor and one on the second-floor with a cloakroom/WC on the ground-floor. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and enclosed gardens to the rear with a lawn, patio area and patio furniture, and a summerhouse/games room with table football. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. A shop is within 0.1 miles, a pub is within 0.6 miles, and a beach is within 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Glyddins 1910 offers well-presented and spacious accommodation in the heart of idyllic Cornwall.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
