Quirky Cottage is a fully equipped cottage with boundless charm and character set in 4 acres of meadows from which you can take in the impressive views of the countryside.
It is ideally located to explore both North and South coast of Cornwall, with numerous sandy beaches close by and favourite attractions within easy reach.

Sleeping 1 to 3 guests, in an enormous, super comfy Emperor size bed which is bigger than a Super king, the 3rd guest using the pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

A peaceful location yet only 1.5 miles from town and only 0.5 miles to Lanner village with its grocery, bakers and fish & chip shop. The cottage is surrounded by miles of historic trails - a hikers paradise.

With ample, free, off road parking and excellent Wifi, it also has outside seating where you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Quirky Cottage is cosy, welcoming and has everything you could wish for, with some lovely special touches, like a traditional tea set for example. We greatly appreciated the welcome basket of locally sourced goodies after a long drive, along with a warm welcome and eagerness to help in any way. The bed was large and super comfortable, and with fleecy dressing gowns, fluffy towels and shower goodies provided in a generous shower area, the cottage has a feeling of luxury. It is also spotlessly clean - everywhere. Our Labrador was welcomed and with the private fields behind and surrounding walks Quirky Cottage is an ideal base for those with furry friends that love walking and exploring the surrounding area! We recommend Quirky Cottage highly. Sam and Martin also let us view Quirky Too, which is a real delight, making great use of space. We will definitely be back - it is a great joy to have hosts who really care about their guests.

We stayed in Quirky Too for a week. The accommodation was beautiful. Inside everything is modern, new and spotlessly clean. Sam and Martin had provide lots of extras, which were greatly appreciated. A lovely base to explore the north and south coasts of Cornwall. Also, a great location for cyclists and walkers to enjoy some great scenery.

Sam and Martin are wonderful hosts! They are on hand if you need them and are willing to help in any way they can, but equally leave you to enjoy the privacy of their gorgeous cottage. The Emperor bed is amazing! It’s so comfortable and very welcoming after a full day of exploring. The fields to the rear are brilliant if you have a dog for early morning and evening walks - you can even go in your pjs and gorgeous fluffy dressing gowns supplied by Sam and Martin as no one else is out there to see you !

Professionalism, Quality & Value - Perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit Cornwall as you are a short drive away to all main areas. This is a dog friendly cottage with lots of grass land to explore. The cottage has everything you need for your stay with some extras that Sam and Martin include also the massive bed was very comfy. We stayed here for a week but could have stayed longer.
