The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there are communal grounds and a parking space for one car. Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop and pub, and within 0.5, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. The charming village of Polzeath lies near Pentire Point in northern Cornwall. Home to a gorgeous, sandy beach with rock pools and great surfing opportunities, it is no wonder Polzeath is popular with beach lovers and watersports enthusiasts alike! Offering a good selection of shops and eateries, whilst also offering access to the South West Coastal Path; visitors are well-catered to here. Padstow and Rock are also within easy reach, with plenty to do.
