This stylish, detached holiday home's living areas consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV, DVD player and iPod dock, a utility with a washer/dryer, a conservatory, and a viewing room with a balcony hosting furniture. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on advance request), 1 x bunk with a pull out trundle bed, 1 x twin bedroom. Ground-floor bathroom, another bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, back garden with lawn, decking and furniture, an outdoor shower and storage for surfboards etc. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub, and within 0.3, a shop and beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A coastal getaway with sea views awaits at Atlantis! Note: This property does not accept adult only, stag or hen parties.

Accomodation Details
Atlantis is designed to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. Guests can use the gate which gives direct access to The Oyster Catcher Pub! (conditions apply). Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on advance request), 1 x bunk 1 x twin bedroom. Hair dryers are provided. Ground-floor bathroom: Bath with built in shower, mixer taps and shower attachment, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen which includes a Nespresso Machine and Milk Warmer/Frother, dining area and sitting area. Utility. Conservatory. Viewing room with balcony.

Area
Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Note: The terrace is supplied with a water clearing brush, incase needed to clear after rain. Note: Check-in is from 4:00pm, check-out by 9:30am. Note: To use the outside dining table and chairs, the dining table extends to seat 8/10 comfortably.Green seat cushions are in the storage chest, along with recliner chairs a parasol, please make sure they are all put back there before departure and the dining table and chairs are put as close to the house/ conservatory as possible, preferably with the chairs stacked so they are less likely to get blown around and damaged in strong winds.If any damage occurs to any of the outside furniture or you find it damaged please let John Bray or the owner know. PLEASE NOTE: Atlantis is designed to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children and is not considered suitable for adult only, stag or hen parties as it is designed as a family based holiday home (any booking made above these maximum occupancy levels will need to be cancelled)
