This stylish, detached holiday home's living areas consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV, DVD player and iPod dock, a utility with a washer/dryer, a conservatory, and a viewing room with a balcony hosting furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin (zip/link) and a bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom, another bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, back garden with lawn, decking and furniture, an outdoor shower and storage for surfboards etc. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub, and within 0.3, a shop and beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A coastal getaway with sea views awaits at Atlantis!

Atlantis is designed to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. Guests can use the gate which gives direct access to The Oyster Catcher Pub! (conditions apply). Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on advance request), 1 x bunk 1 x twin bedroom. Hair dryers are provided. Area
Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
