Holiday Rental Description

Both of the flats have recently been completely refurbished in a modern practical way inside and outside with 'New England' style cladding. They are well insulated for all year round use. Each flat is almost identical in terms of style having two double bedrooms, a shower room/WC and a galley kitchen/lounge diner. Norwegian style electric convector heaters provide instant warmth and have thermostats to maintain temperature as required. WIFI is also included.

The flats are cosy and floors are fully tiled throughout. They come fully equipped with fridge,cooker,microwave and a washer/dryer. The lounge/diner includes a comfy leather corner sofa and wall mounted TV with an HDMI cable to link up laptops to download entertainment. The dining table and pull out chairs fold away when not being used.

Bedroom one has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a tallboy wardrobe with hanging, shelves and drawers providing plenty of storage.

Bedroom two also has a double bed with a full size single bed above. A tall boy wardrobe with hanging, shelves and drawer storage is also provided.

The bathrooms are fully tiled with modern shower cubicles and electric power showers, WC, hand basin with shaver light above. There is also an electric towel rail for heat and to dry towels as needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The main source of power to this beach-side location is electricity. Power consumption for the flats will vary according to time of year. Each flat is fitted with a coin operated meter for the heaters, appliances, showers, hot water, sockets and lighting so guests will only pay for what they use, this is reflected in the price. Don't carry change? No problem, you can order coins from us, which will be placed in the property for your arrival. Be aware that although the electric convector heaters provide the advantage of instant heat, they are more expensive to run as they use a lot of power. Therefore in the winter, if it is very cold, electricity costs are likely to be considerably higher than in spring or summer when they are seldom used. The fire alarms, lounge lights, exterior courtesy lights and WI-FI are not metered. You can expect to use between £10 - £30 depending on the time of year and your consumption.
