Explore Marazion with its variety of shops and eateries and the breathtaking St Michael s Mount; go surfing at Praa Sands; or take a walk along the rugged coastline on the South West Coast Path, all within 3 miles. Just over 6 miles away, you ll find Penzance, the gateway to some of the most spectacular scenery that West Cornwall has to offer, including the seafront promenade and seawater Jubilee Bathing Pool. The famous Minack Theatre, Land's End, and sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly are all within 20 miles. Enter the property from the private parking area and into a light hallway. Taking a left turn into the bedroom which is a wonderfully cosy and relaxing room with a king size bed and soft lighting, this really is the best place to have breakfast in bed or a lazy morning. Next door is a fantastic modern shower room with a large double shower and WC. This room has wonderful luxury touches like the marble windowsills and stunning splashbacks as well as a beautiful outlook of rolling countryside. Moving back through past the entrance you will find the stunning modern kitchen/diner complete with an electric oven and hob, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, with beautiful views of the sea and St Michael's Mount from the kitchen window. The dining area seats two and is a fabulous place to enjoy a romantic meal or maybe just a morning coffee. Moving up a couple of steps and into the living room which is an inviting and very relaxing space, offering a large comfy sofa and Smart TV. You also have wonderful views from the living room window and a door opening out onto the outside terrace area. Outside is a fabulous relaxing private terrace with garden furniture and spectacular views over rolling fields and a backdrop of the sea and St /Michael's Mount. This is a great spot to dine outdoors or watch the sunset. There is private off road parking for two cars.
