To the outside is a patio garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. 19 Old Court is a pleasant escape for families.

Area
Gulval is a charming village situated just north of Penzance in Cornwall. Features in the village include a 12th century church, the 1910 granite drinking fountain in the centre of the square and the Coldstreamer Inn, allegedly one of the oldest pubs in Britain. There is also a lovely selection of Victorian cottages and houses dotted around the village. Meander into Penzance and enjoy a wealth of things to do, whether it be spending time on the beach, visiting the charming harbour or sampling a fine meal at a restaurant.
