Outside, there is an enclosed garden with sun loungers, and a Weber barbecue. Guests also have access to 3-acre grounds, including a fishing lake, lakeside deck, summer house, and honesty-box bar. Off-road parking for two cars is provided. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but they must not be left unattended. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Owl Cottage is an idyllic retreat, ideal for a countryside escape with fishing and relaxation opportunities. Though the property is single-storey, there are external steps. Venture along the South West Coast Path, now recognised as the Charles III Coastal Path, for stunning coastal walks, visit the famous Eden Project, and ramble over the wonderful Bodmin Moor.

Note: There is a beautiful private lake on site which all guests can enjoy but only those with a license can fish it. Note: Children must be supervised at all times. Note: Whilst respecting guests’ privacy, owners live in a detached property next door so are on hand to answer any questions if required.
