Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a smoke-free property. Perched along the scenic Cornish Coast is the delightful and quaint civil parish of St Minver. Offering its visitors a beautiful church which boasts superb views of the surrounding countryside, a welcoming pub where you can treat yourself to a delicious pub lunch and a well-deserved pint, a Post Office and a well-stocked convenience store for purchasing any essentials. St Minver is the perfect tourist base for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to the stunning beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
