Kittiwake is smart, modern, stylish and beautifully presented, ideal for a holiday all year round having a lovely garden for playing games and decked area for alfresco dining, plus a log burner for the cooler months.  Close to St Merryn village which has restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops and also to the Seven Bays (some of the best beaches in North Cornwall).

• Kitchen and utilities:  Built in electric oven and ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair (please order in advance)
• Outside: Rear large enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn, decking with garden furniture and barbecue.
• Pets: Maximum 2 small/medium; £25 per pet per week.
• Parking: Off road parking for 3 cars. 
• Nearest beach: 2 miles.
• Nearest amenities: On site, otherwise 1 mile.
• Changeover time: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 11:00am.
• General: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating in lounge/diner; multi-fuel burner in lounge, panel heaters bedrooms; heated towel rail shower room
