It has two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds and a spiral staircase leading up to the first floor.

Please note there is an open tread spiral staircase from the sitting area and limited access to the double bed on one side in bedroom 1, you are unable to walk right around the bed due to space restrictions. To take a kayak/canoe onto the river, you will need to carefully take it through the house, or access via the car park through a gate.
