The freezer was out of order and spilling water on the floor.. This resulted in the fridge not cooling properly and drinks without ice. The property is good but needs a good cleaning and a bit of organizing. The place, especially the outside areas, are dirty and un-kept. If we knew there wasn't a working fridge/freezer, we wouldn't have stayed there. But since the advance payment is non-refundable, the Client is basically defenseless.
There is also no space to pack food or drinks and the kitchen specifically totally disorganized. Instructions about parking for off-loading is not clear resulting in us having to walk with our luggage for a long distance. We did not manage to work out how the front door lock works and the key-safe is also not functioning properly, unless one knows a secret or two?
