Across three homes and two acres of gardens, there are spaces to play, entertain, and relax – making it perfect for group celebrations. Enjoy sunny days by the pool or on the tennis court, ending the day with homemade pizzas under the dining gazebo. In the grand Victorian manor, meanwhile, you can put on your own late-night disco, enjoy snooker evenings, or sit down to a movie night. A gun room and boot room make this home a great base for country pursuits, and just a short walk away in Mevagissey, the South West Coastal Path offers stunning hikes. And did we mention there are picture-perfect sea views?

Home truths:
*Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request only. They can be arranged close to your arrival or departure date.
*This home comprises a main house with eight bedrooms (one of which is accessed externally), a three-bedroom house, and a two-bedroom cottage. These homes share the outdoor space.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on two single sofa beds in a bedroom in the three-bedroom house.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's parking space for up to 10 cars.
*Your host can provide up to three cots and high chairs upon request – just bring your own cot linen. Please note that there is an uncovered pond in the fenced Chapel Garden.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between Easter Weekend and the end of September.
*If you wish to use the tennis court, please bring your own tennis rackets and balls.
*The barbecues are only available from April to the end of September.
