Outside there is an enclosed garden with decking, lawn and seating and a parking permit for the local car park for one car. 22 Church Street is a delightful, central holiday home in the pretty harbour village of Mevagissey.

Mevagissey is a lovely fishing village resting on the south coast of Cornwall offering an idyllic base for coastal adventures. The village is host to a collection of local shops, pubs and restaurants with the South West Coast Path easily accessible for walks amidst breath-taking seascapes. Nearby, The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a great attraction to visit, spotting the collection of sculptures within the foliage, with ferries from Mevagissey to Fowey running between Easter to September.
