Swallow Cottage has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk, and a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.2 miles, pub in 2 miles, beach in 3.2 miles. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay at Swallow Cottage. Note: Due to free-range ducks and chickens this property cannot accept puppies. This quiet little village sits in a beautifully rural location in Southern Cornwall. Mawgan offers a convenience store and a high-quality pub serving food. For a wider range of amenities, take the short trip to the town of Helston which offers a plethora of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are a number of Cornwall's most popular coastal resorts nearby, with Falmouth just 10 miles away and is a must-visit with its stunning harbour and the glorious Pendennis Castle. From Mawgan you can also easily reach mainland Britain's southernmost point at Lizard, a wonderful day out is ensured.
