The location is perfect for a family looking for a holiday by the sea. Millendreath Beach is just 500 yards from the property and the popular seaside town of Looe is just a mile away.

• Outdoors: Enclosed terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and storage box. Far-reaching sea views from the terrace.
• Parking: Sufficient on-site parking with unloading allowed near the property. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week.
