• Outdoors: No outdoor space but a very short walk to the beach.
• Parking: There is no private parking with the property but unloading can be done close by. Plenty of parking available in the Millpool Car Park 10 mins walk away. Please see Looe Parking for up to date charges.
• Family facilities: Not provided as no room for travel cot in bedroom.
• Pets: No pets allowed, sorry. 
• General: WiFi included, gas and electricity included in price, gas central heating.
• Important notes: No smoking, no pets, Please be aware that due to the town centre location, there will be noise at times from the surrounding businesses.
• Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
