Heading through the undercover walkway and winding up the original slate external steps you will enter this reverse level property into the porch. From the porch, a few steps up take you through to the kitchen/diner which is fully equipped for all your holiday home cooking requirements. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, a washing machine and counter top tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a few steps up lead you into the cosy lounge, a characterful room with views over the rooftops to the harbour and coast; comfortably furnished you can sit back and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV. From the lounge, steep cottage style stairs lead you to the middle floor and the master bedroom, a king size that has been stylishly furnished. A further narrow staircase down leads to the ground floor and twin bedroom, suitable for adults or children. Heading outside, up the natural slate steps, there is a small raised garden area with decking and a charcoal BBQ with garden furniture looking out across the town, harbour and sea. A parking permit for one car is provided with the property, for a nearby carpark within 100m of the property.
