It's name comes from the long rock, usually surrounded by sea beyond the beach of Long Rock. The village offers a shop, post office, and two pubs, as well as a retail park for all the essentials. Long Rock Beach is sandy and favoured by the locals, swimming is safe and it's a popular spot for wind-surfing too. Perfect for bringing your pup to have a run-around, the beach is dog-friendly all year round so you can enjoy it any time of year. Head over to nearby Penzance or Marazion to explore this beautiful coastline further.
