There is also a cloakroom, ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you will find ample off-road parking, a private terrace with a picnic bench and communal gardens with furniture, a bar, barbecue and hot tub. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a scenic drive away, while Bodmin, Fowey and St Austell are well-worth visiting too for their own fantastic attractions.
