On the first-floor you will find a bathroom with a roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a private courtyard with al fresco dining. Badharlick Granary is a refreshing getaway to this part of Cornwall.

Area
Launceston is a town resting on the Devon and Cornwall border. Within the town you will find Georgian buildings in the central square which are overlooked by the ruins of a Norman castle. Within the town you will also find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a golf course and the river Kensey. Just 3 miles away is Tamar Otter Park or you can take a steam train Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley.
