There are two bedrooms including a king-size and zip/link twins, and a shared bathroom, making the property ideal to sleep up to four people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and an external games room which holds a tumble dryer. The garden is home to a patio area with furniture, and a large lawn with a children's play area, as well as holding off-road parking for two cars. Valley View is a superb dwelling for a small family or group of friends looking to explore Cornwall.

Mawgan is a small village found in South Cornwall. Offering a convenience store and a pub serving great food, it makes a great base for a holiday with your loved ones. Close by is Helston, home to a wide selection of amenities and attractions, making a wonderful day out for all. Falmouth can be found just a short car journey away, ideal for watersports and beach days, as well as a marvellous harbour and Pendennis Castle. In reach of Lizard too, Mawgan makes a great base for your exploration of Cornwall.
