Polruan is an ancient fishing village famous for its boat building heritage. There are two village pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin. Enter the property into the lounge, which is light and airy with a cosy wood burner and leather sofas to relax and watch your favourite TV programme or watch a movie on the DVD.
