A top floor apartment in a grand house set in a quiet road just back from the main Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth. Waverly is perfect for a short stay for visiting family and friends in the area or for a longer holiday on the coast. With delightful, far-reaching sea views from the living room, Waverly is located near to a selection of local restaurants, great walks along the sea-front or South West Coast Path or a short stroll will take you into the bustling town centre of Falmouth with a wide choice of eateries, cafes serving great coffee and cakes and galleries often displaying local artist's work. Falmouth is a hub of activity with many festivals throughout the year.

Kitchen and utilities: Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, breakfast area with stools. Shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer.

For families: Not suitable for babies or children.
Outside: Guests have access to the well-tended, communal gardens to the front of the building and the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. 
Parking:  Allocated parking space for one car in communal car park.
