The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower and a triple bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an underground car parking space for one car height restriction 7'6". Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: The property sleeps four comfortably, however there can be five including children. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Note: Parking is suitable for a small or medium sized vehicle such as a Ford Focus, it is not suitable for wide or high vehicles such as SUVs, Contact Owner for information and alternative options. There is a door on the upper level of the car park opposite the space which leads to the steps up to Port View. Note: Even though the property is all on one level, there are some steps down to the property to the garage and steps up from the property to the main road. Beautiful St. Mawes is located across Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by the Roseland Peninsula's rocky coves, sandy beaches, and lush green landscape. Take the passenger boat from Falmouth (15 miles away) or your automobile to get there (15 minutes). A lagoon and site of particular scientific interest, the Swanpool Nature Reserve is a haven for nature lovers. It is home to a wide range of wildlife. In addition, there's a golf course nearby.You'll want to return to Falmouth over and over again since it has so much to offer visitors of all ages.
