Completing the interior is a kitchen and a living/dining room. Here, you have access to the rear decked balcony with a table, chairs and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Maple is a superb retreat all year around.

Within the town, you will also find old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery, the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction.
