The renowned seaport of Falmouth is located just one mile from the Penryn River further downstream. It offers a variety of entertainment options, including harbour-side bars and restaurants with breathtaking views, gorgeous Blue Flag beaches, and a bustling town centre. For a sense of Cornwall's seafaring past, check out the National Maritime Museum or the magnificent Tudor castle Pendennis Castle, which is beautifully situated with a view of the ocean. The various attractions, delights, and breathtaking coastline of Cornwall are easily accessible from Penryn, making it the ideal home base from which to explore it all.
