We had an initial problem with the travel cot supplied as it was broken, but it was quickly solved by the caretaker after we called your office - she was so helpful.. The cottage was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed - it felt like a home from home. We loved the peacefulness of Pendra Loweth, although it was a shame the pool was not open at any time. Some family have already booked another cottage for later this spring
It might be worth warning clients that the mobile signal in the cottage is non existent for 02 customers and pretty poor for all networks as far as I can tell.

It was our second visit to this site having holidayed here last summer (In a different cottage).. This was a great cottage for the six of us. Good location on site with spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation.
Also very helpful staff at reception and a great base to explore Cornwall.
Only minor issues were that the BBQ probably needs replacing and the downstairs WC door lock didn’t seem to work.
All in all however the cottage was very nice and allowed us to relax in comfort at the end of each day.

Place was a bit dusty and cobwebby.. Lots of tat in drawers. Freezer needed de-frosting. Nothing too serious but made it feel like no-one had taken a proper look at it for a while.

We had a lovely time at Bramble cottage, the cottage was very clean, we loved the location, the only issue was we didn't know how to work the heating, and couldn't find any instructions.. But a Google search soon sorted that. I would definitely recommend staying at Bramble cottage, I hope to go back soon.
