11 Hillside Terrace has one king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, towel rail and WC, one king size and one king size zip link (can be twins on request). There’s a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, towel rail and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV. There’s a utility with a washing machine. Air source heat pump central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s private driveway parking and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 0.3 miles. Enjoy a seaside Cornish retreat with a stay at 11 Hillside Terrace. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are steps up to the entrance and to the decking in the garden. Area
Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food. At low tide it is possible to walk along the beach from Downderry to Seaton, where you will find a family friendly south facing beach and the nearby Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature reserve is home to wildlife, including otters and kingfishers and also offers great cycling and walking opportunities. The picturesque working harbours at Looe and Polperro are within an easy driving distance away, and the wonderful stretches of the South West Coast Path in this part of Cornwall take you to rocky coves, dramatic headlands and tales of shipwrecks and smugglers. Further afield is Plymouth, where you will find plenty to see and do, including a marine aquarium, a theatre, large shopping centres and the historic Barbican waterside area.
