The living areas in the third-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a TV with BT Sport and Netflix, TV, Bose Soundtouch 10 wireless speaker, and a PS4 with a selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a twin with TV, Nintendo Wii and games, and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Two cots and highchairs are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing balcony with furniture, a south facing decked terrace with furniture, a seaward facing communal gardens with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The seaside village of Carbis Bay is renowned for its magnificent stretch of pure white sand, which is only a short drive from iconic St Ives. The Ocean Sports Centre is located on the beach to rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and get out on the ocean. Alternatively, why not book a Spa day at the charming hotel? Carbis Bay features local businesses and restaurants, as well as a fish and chip shop and a railway branch line taking guests to the likes of St Ives.
