A good position to tour Cornwall .. The parking for the Barn quite a challenge only suitable for a small car , also the Barn very tucked away and hard to find best to get detailed description from owner as not situated on Rough Tor road . The Barn is comfortable and well equipped great for families or couples.

The Barn was a perfect home to spend the week exploring the beautiful coast line of Cornwall.. Every detail had been thought of and we didn’t want for anything. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms plentiful and I loved the two different sitting areas which was great if one person wanted solitude. It was a real home from home. The only negative, which would only apply to the few, is that dogs are not allowed. I highly recommend this property and if by some chance you’ve got someone one with a disability the down stairs bathroom is perfect. This is a real gem of a property.

The cottage was lovely and well equipped.. The only thing the beds were a little uncomfortable. Also it would have been nice to maybe have some milk, tea bags to be able to make a drink on arrival. It would have also been nice to maybe have a sign to say where the cottage was as it was a little different to find due to location before big set back from road

The Barn was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.. Almost everything had been thought of. We left many things in our suitcases as we didn't need them - they were already provided in The Barn. The only thing missing was a full length mirror! It would be a good idea to put one on the end of the landing for all the party to use. The Barn is well situated for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions. We didn't want to leave and would certainly come again and recommend as an excellent base for a lovely holiday!

Good location, parking space limited only bring one car no good for 2 car family as unable to park in the lanes.. Facilities excellent, good communication between Sykes and ourselves getting key code. Would like to have had a visitors book to leave comments. Otherwise nice holiday had just wish you could have sorted the weather aswell.

Cornwall in general is a lovely County Threrefore it is diffucult to identify any one place or activity.. However we especially enjoyed The Eden Project ,Lanhydrock House, Pecarrow House and gardens Whilst I am aware this is not essential The Barn has been the only self catering cottage I have been to ( I have been to many over the last 20 plus years ) that has not had a small welcome pack with a few tea bags/ coffee /sugar and milk which is so welcome after a long journey This aside it is lovely accomodation..

Very nice cottage with plenty of indoor space - spotlessly clean.. Not much outside space though. We enjoyed our stay and the only negative was the driveway - we kept catching the front underside of the car when exiting due to the dip. Needs some simple attention to avoid unnecessary stress each time you drive out anywhere.

A lovely holiday cottage in a very peaceful location but yet only a short walk from amenities of which one was the best fish and chip shop.. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed. A great base for exploring the North of Cornwall.

It would have helped us if there had been more description about the parking arrangements.. We were aware that there was only one parking space in the property grounds, but our party had two cars. There was no mention that on street parking was impossible. It did make it difficult for us.
