Set at the end of Crooklets beach which is a stone's throw away, and within a short walk to the sea pool at Summerleaze Beach, tennis courts, numerous shops, restaurants, galleries cafes and bars.

From the end of the road take the South West Coast Path , which offers spectacular walking in either direction, there is also the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offering some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located off the A39, this is a great spot for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow.
