Could be hard to find but directions update by Kevin (Manager) helped.. It is on a working farm, so very rural but wild life a pleasure to watch. Cottage was really nice. WiFi adequate for email and messages but not for streaming but plenty to see and do anyway. Water was fine (bore hole) but shower very slow. Other than that, a very enjoyable holiday. The people we met were very friendly and those we needed to contact, very helpful. Thanks for a lovely, albeit wet, holiday. So much to do in Cornwall and its all on your doorstep.

Booking fees are expensive over the top from Sykes .... Booking fees are expensive over the top from Sykes Kestrel corner is fabulous little cottage a little dated but very comfortable Facilities and heating are really good The only little thing that lets it down is bathroom and shower Adding a inline pump or separate shower is an easy fix to increase water pressure to shower head I will return when I am required to work in the area again

Very nice, clean cottage.. Well equipped, comfy and very peaceful. It is in the middle of nowhere and at night there is no noise, no light pollution and sleep comes easy. However, if you don't like narrow (and I mean narrow) country lanes, then drive clear of this cottage. The only pain really is the Wi-Fi. What reception and speed I could receive was very poor (0.09 megs). I would recommend this cottage, if you don't mind narrow lanes and don't need Wi-Fi, this could be just right for you. Very nice friendly people made us feel welcome.
