Lovely clean and peaceful cottage with everything you need for self catering with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, if its peace and quiet you are after you will get it here but to get anywhere you have to travel quite a way off the beaten track as this cottage is in the middle of nowhere, in another middle of nowhere down very tiny, narrow country lanes not ideal if you come back in the dark. There are no local amenities nearby you will have to travel so make sure you take everything you need because if you run out its tough.

The cottage itself was lovely and very homely, the owners when we saw them were very friendly and the location albeit in the middle of nowhere was very peaceful and tranquil for my first visit to Cornwall.. If I were to make any comment it would be the mattress in the annexe upstairs, my husband will and can sleep anywhere but I can't, it was comfy in the main however as it has been used quite a few times it seems, there are "body" indentations on each side so found when trying to turn over I was just rolling back into a pit in the mattress which I found woke me up quite a lot. It is a minor point in the grand scheme of things as I really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend and visit again.

The owners were very helpful in enabling us to manage sleeping arrangements or a party of 4 x golfers.. The extra directions provided were essential and very welcome. This place is remote and all the better for it, but a Sat Nav won't find it. TV reception is a bit weak. Upstairs bedroom is enormous. Front door is not very high, make sure you duck! If you want a quiet location you won't beat this, but nearest village a 5-10 minute drive.

Cottage was very good, although the access to the cottage a bit of a mystery tour over quite rough country lanes certainly gave the suspension a good test.. In general we enjoyed the cottage but the weather spoilt the stay

Remote location and quiet is what we wanted and that's what we got.. Beds comfortable. Overall a very nice holiday thank you. The only warning I would say is if you are medically arachnophobic be prepared for a few spiders.

This place was full of mould and damp. It stinks when opening the door. It is old fashioned and obviously hasn't been aired out correctly. When asking for money back when leaving the property as soon as possible I was ignored by the management and the owners. I would seriously avoid this place especially if people in your party have health problems related to mould. It is not suitable what so ever. KEEP AWAY - I am having to resort to sueing for a refund and had to speak with environmental health about the "cottage".

Fantastic cottage.. We were very surprised to find how big it was. The mezzanine floor is a completely separate studio apartment. Lovely location, on a working farm. For a trip to Cornwall to get away from the hordes it’s ideal.

Very peaceful and relaxing based on a working farm.. The property was warm and welcoming, clean with all the equipment for a homely holiday. Quirky water problems but these are being worked on to resolve. Initially difficult to find, but once the lanes were mastered, the location and its peace and quiet were great for a restful holiday.

The cottage was fantastic, very clean and provided everything we need.. Clearer instructions should be provided for the ease of access to the property as the road is narrow and easy to miss however once found a delightful and peaceful location within a few miles to many of Cornwall's attractions
