This holiday home is beautiful. The location, the property and the facilities are ideal for holidays with children.

We were satisfied with the holiday home in a quiet location.

All in all a nice property, the furnishing is not German standard but OK. The bathroom is very small and cramped, the coffee machine is very, very small, everything was very clean. We also had bad luck with the weather, 5 days of vacation 5 days of rain.

Cozy cottage. Well suited for staying with children: the garden is fenced and there are many play facilities (trampoline, swing, F/badminton court). The seating area on the terrace is super nice, you can have a great barbecue there! Equipment good but very small coffee pot and no teapot available. Very clean, towels available. The only small drawback: we found the additional costs a bit excessive for a week (15 euros although we used almost no electricity).

The accommodation is very pleasant, the owner is very nice and helpful. High electricity costs.

Great country accommodation in beautiful countryside. Definitely wonderful in summer too. Lots of hiking trails. Golf course nearby and dam right next door. Super nice host. We would love to come back.

Very nice house, with a rocking chair, trampoline and outdoor grill, everything worked and the gentleman who gave us the keys was very helpful.

Large outdoor spaces, garden, trampoline, sitting under the pergola. However, in case of rain, relatively little space and comfort inside. Seat for max. 2 people, while watching TV the others have to sit either in a rocking chair (which is pleasant) or just on a chair or corner bench. The TV could also have a slightly larger diagonal. Otherwise, if the weather is good, the use of outdoor seating under the pergola is wonderful. However, I would also recommend placing some light in it for sitting in the evening...

The owner was very nice. He accommodated us in everything, even with a late arrival. The minus was the bed in one of the rooms, where the bed frame was sagging. The decoration seemed a bit chaotic, which in our opinion was "too much". And we would also give a minus for a small couch, which we would appreciate a larger one after long trips around the area. It can only fit one person and two smaller ones. But that definitely didn't spoil our stay. These were all little things, against the comfort that the entire cottage provided. Everything needed for well-being.

This very spacious house was an ideal base for long trips to nature and the city. We appreciated the large garden and sports equipment for leisure.

Minor flaws or complaints, such as no dishwasher or too small coffee maker, missing shower curtain. Otherwise top, fresh towels and tea towels, bed linen as well. Highly recommended for families with children because of the pool and trampoline, barbecue area and plenty of space to play. Like football, volleyball and badminton. Even for that, the toys are available, such as bats and balls.

A little out of the way, but still easy to reach by car. Huge property. Inventory complete (well, a teapot was missing). Great for families or a small group. Nice landlord, but hardly any German (and we don't speak Czech...) Small drawback 1: In the toilet on the ground floor it smells very much of oil. Small drawback 2: bathroom too small for more than 2 adults. Small drawback 3: Additional costs for WLAN and electricity are a bit too high. But we would definitely come back.

Quiet location not far from Liberec. Sufficient equipment, nice landlord. Was very clean when taken over.
