- problems with hot water - arrival to a cold apartment - 1st night in winter jackets (outside evening 3°C / at night -1°C) - amount of toilet paper - rude behavior of the staff (head of cleaning service) - bad advertising for the city of Harrachov - discouraging tourists - no blackout curtains, blinds on the windows - blunt knives, plastic cutting board, frying pan + dishcloth and jar in the kitchen + spacious hallway

There were four of us adults, the rooms were spacious and there was enough room. However, they were in need of a bit of renovation. Everything was there, and a small additional toilet was great. The beds were very firm and you could feel the spring cores. Overall, it was a successful, relaxing holiday.
