The house is well connected in town and has everything you need. It was really very clean and the sauna in the main building is reserved for the holiday home on Wednesdays. We lacked nothing.

Good location, everything easily accessible. Good, clean accommodation, ideal for 2 families. Unfortunately, the visitor's tax is only an extra cost, you have no advantage in the bathroom or in the gondola with it. Unfortunately, WiFi only works poorly, since the Ötztal WiFi is used. Washing clothes annoyed us, the landlady had said that as little as possible would be fine and then charged 5 euros without telling us.

From the booking process, to the on-site support, to the house.. Everything was great! The location in Oetz is a dream, the infrastructure in town is great and you don't need to say anything about the landscape. Anyway, we'd love to come back!

We were very happy with the house - it was renovated and very clean. All beds were made and there were enough towels available. The kitchen was very well equipped and basically you have everything you need there. A supermarket can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The area around Ötz is great to explore with various hikes of various levels of difficulty. The landlords were also extremely friendly and helpful - we will definitely be back!

We spent a very pleasant and great holiday in this house. The house is super great, especially the large living / dining area leaves nothing to be desired. Bedroom very nicely furnished and lovingly decorated. Even the somewhat small shower on the upper floor is tolerable. Many thanks to our great landlady. 5 stars +

Nicely furnished house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The landlady is very nice and gives good tips for exploring the area. Recommended for families with children.

The house was very clean and has everything you need for a vacation. The bus stop for the ski bus is right in front of the house. We had a very pleasant week. We didn't like two things: the sauna is small and doesn't offer enough space for all guests. The free wifi only allows a connection with three devices, which is not enough in a house with 8 guests. Each additional device must be paid for separately.
