Beautiful and cozy holiday home with five bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. We were there with our family and had a very nice week in the Zillertal. The ski bus leaves right outside the door and there is a bakery very close by.

We were there with a group of 10 friends. In itself fine. Better only 8 people. The bathrooms were okay, showers could be cleaned more thoroughly. Dust collects in cupboards and behind benches and sofas. Beds very hard or worn out. No ski room, sauna shared with 4 houses, only usable during the week. 4000€ for this accommodation in winter certainly a bit much but one seems to orientate oneself to the environment. All in all the stay was OK.

Great place to stay if you are traveling with a lot of people. It was well furnished, enough crockery etc. for everyone.

Cozy house with lots of wood. We were there with 5 adults and a dog, perhaps a bit tight for 10 people. Good base for activities, beautiful surroundings. Hard beds and small showers, but considering the price of the house completely fine. Basic cleaning okay but cobwebs in corners and ceilings. It is not new or luxurious but just functions. In summer, an extra refrigerator would be desirable, especially for 10 people.

It was pretty warm at the end of March, but we were still able to enjoy the skiing holiday. The accommodation is well maintained, the landlords very helpful and friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious and cozy house. The hostess was very nice and nothing was a problem.

The location is a great starting point for activities in the Zillertal. The house is not, as one might assume from the pictures, detached with no surrounding buildings. The house was big enough, very clean, well furnished. Showers could be more modern. Difficult in winter, that apart from the showers, a wood-burning stove is the only heating option. If you are not familiar with the procedure, it may not be ideal and will not be mentioned in the property description.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired in places. Dishwasher broken, pans and many cups broken. The reaction of the landlady after we had reported the defects was very positive, and where possible, remedial action was taken in a timely manner. The house is very noisy, the walls are very thin. The location is good, the price/performance ratio is ok.

The location, the bus connection, the gastronomy in the vicinity, the on-site support are simply unbeatable. But the house is getting old and needs to be renovated. The wooden furniture was cracked and there were splinters. The seat covers in the dining room are worn. There were many spider webs in the house. The dishwasher only cleaned insufficiently and hardly dried at all. It also needs to be replaced urgently.

We, 4 adults and 3 children spent a relaxing week in the Zillertal. The house was big enough and each child had their own room. The hostess was friendly and uncomplicated. Everyone felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

Clean beautiful cabin. Central location to get to various points in the Zillertal Ski bus right in front of the house. Always my pleasure

Accommodation was very nice. Since little internet was used, the fact that WiFi was only available on the ground floor was of secondary importance. We would love to come back.

Were a few very comfortable relaxing days... Very clean house. We will be back.

We stayed in the house with 6 adults and a dog. 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets were sufficient. Everything worked great. Space from the dining table and on the couch. The house would only be too small for 10 adults.

We were extremely satisfied. Spacious holiday home, well equipped. Across the road, a small shop with a bakery and a ski bus stop, which you can reach within 2 minutes. to the cable car that takes you to the main ski area. The ski bus runs every 20 minutes in the morning and in the afternoon. up to 30 min. I can only recommend.

A cozy house. Certainly spacious enough for 10 people. Equipped kitchen, plenty of space for all your ski equipment, super sauna area. Also very friendly welcome with useful tips. Also nice that there was a playground.

We spent a very pleasant week in the Zillertal with the family (grandparents, children, grandchildren). The house is spacious and tastefully furnished in alpine style. The use of lots of wood makes it very cosy. The mountains can be seen from the living room and there is also a sheltered outdoor area to sit in the sun. However, a fairly busy thoroughfare leads past the holiday home complex - we had a house that was set back a little, where the traffic wasn't that much of a problem. On-street parking spaces were at right angles to the lane, so getting out of a parking space was not that easy. One problem owners of longer vehicles have is that the car sticks out onto the road. But you could drive directly to the house to load and unload. In the description it could be stated more clearly that the room is heated by the stove in the living room. After all, wood briquettes were made available. In the bathrooms there is also a hot water heater. In the kitchen the equipment was partly a bit sparse and partly also worn. It's a good idea to bring a few things with you. The visitor's tax in Mayrhofen is clearly overpriced: in our travel time (autumn holidays) many inns were closed. Mountain railways did not run and otherwise nothing was offered for the visitor's tax. Nevertheless, we didn't let the holiday mood spoil us and enjoyed the week in the all in all very nice holiday home.
