The house is 300 years old as described. It's ok if you don't have any claims. The way because it is on the mountain is very cumbersome. Not recommended for a family with small children, since it is very cold even in summer. We didn't use the electronic radiators because the enormous electricity costs put us off. All in all for a hearty men's vacation to be recommended but nothing for a family vacation.

We love the Lippnerhütte as a cozy place for our winter and ski holidays. A lovingly preserved ancient farmhouse with everything if the simple is in the foreground. Many thanks for this holiday property and the rental through Interchalet has always worked out great. ...

Were here for the second time with a larger group on a skiing holiday. Always beautiful! If you expect first-class comfort, you've come to the wrong place. The hut is rather quaint. Nevertheless, there is everything you need (oven, stove, dishwasher, ...). The size of the hut (3 floors) and the fantastic location directly on the ski slope are particularly impressive. There is enough space and all rooms can be heated. Nevertheless, pack your jumper and slippers! Easily accessible by car.

Living like in the past, something for lovers who are aware of it. House clean, nice landlord, beautiful location, ideal as a starting point for hikes. Attention, radiators consume a lot of electricity.

The hut is super quaint and very clean. The location was also great and easily accessible by car. The landlords are also very friendly and immediately there if you need anything. We will definitely go back.

We've had a great time in the Lippnerhütte twice now. Reason for travel: winter sports. However, you should know beforehand what you are getting yourself into. Wellness temple: None. Cozy hours with friends or family in the rustic living room: just right! With the right snow conditions, perfect skiing in and out. With the corresponding amounts of fresh snow (as we had on February 5th, 2020), there will definitely be something to laugh about. The landlady also does a great job! Thanks!

rustic old wooden hut, very, very nice. Located directly on the slopes. Oven in the kitchen must be heated early. There is heating in the rooms. In addition to the costs that are listed here, there are additional costs of 15 euros per person and electricity costs.

We are very amazed with this old house. All rooms were poorly insulated and it was difficult to have good heating. Only in the kitchen was it really warm with the wood heating that we make ourselves. We would have to pay for the electricity and I don't think that's right because it's so badly insulated. The 2 flights of stairs are very dangerous for children and elderly people...and ours would have to take the stairs during the night for going to the bathroom.

If you don't value comfort such as heated/warm rooms, television and internet (neither WLAN nor a reasonable network), this is the place for you. Despite the minimum occupancy of three people, we paid €70 for four days of electricity. Except for the kitchen, everything is electrically heated. We did not heat unused rooms. The hallway is always cold. The hut is almost directly on the piste, which is definitely a big advantage in the season.
