Positive: close to ski bus, bath towels were provided without paying Negative: no real hot water in the kitchen and shower Wifi was very bad but we didn't have to pay for it We also had a pet in the kitchen: a mouse... not so bad in itself

Very nice and clean. We were there for the third time. I would gladly book the apartment and the house again. The house owner is very nice. Thank you for the lovely time! We'll be back next year :)

Very clean, spacious and fully equipped. Ski bus within walking distance

Close to the ski bus, close to the ski area, clean and well-equipped apartments, nice hosts, ski room with boot dryers, beautiful surroundings, close to the center with shops, restaurants, a nice and friendly dog that always greeted us after returning from skiing

Once again it was a great holiday! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for the lovely time!

We had a wonderful holiday. Heisenhaus is a nice place to stay with a hospitable owner. The children also loved it and are still talking about the dog Tommie :)

The accommodation was good, the rooms comfortable and big enough. Only the kitchen equipment was a bit poor, since large cups, bowls, fruit knives, etc. could be retrofitted. The landlord was very nice. We felt good.

We enjoyed, nice app. Great views on 3 sides you look at the mountains. Friendly people, we will definitely come back

Great host, very kind and helpful. I'm not speaking German at all, but it was possible to communicate :) We spent there two weeks and it was great. A lot of activities around, in Ramsau and Mayerhofen, even for small kids, accessible with stroller. House is located at the bottom of very wide valley, so there is no problem with walks on flat paths. View from balcony is outstanding. Place is nice for kids - no danger furnitures, electrical sockets are high enough not to reach by kids.

Everything was great. Rooms are good, clean and big enough. Ski bus is 30 meters away. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
