This was the second time we've enjoyed a short break at this wonderful accommodation. The hosts are very friendly, and you immediately feel at home and welcome. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has two bedrooms. The bathroom is modern with a lovely shower, and the kitchen is also very nice. A highlight is the large balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the Zillertal Valley and the surrounding mountains, including morning sun. In summary, we'd be happy to come back anytime.

The house, a 6-minute drive from the Kaltenbach lift, is beautifully situated on top of the mountain. The house itself is gigantic, the part to rent is the upper floor. We think the very friendly owner lives downstairs. The apartment is actually in 2 parts. The living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower in 1 part and the 3rd bedroom in the hallway. There is no nuisance because no one comes to the entire floor. The bathroom and kitchen have clearly been renovated. top!

Apart from the fact that there is often a weak WiFi signal in the mountains in Austria, this holiday home is equipped with all amenities, a perfect view and very great hospitality from the landlord.

The accommodation offered everything you need. A good kitchen, parlor and tidy rooms. It was nice and quiet and there is a nice view over the valley and mountains.

very good place for skiers, the ski bus departs from the house, the access described as steep turned out to be completely problem-free

Sunny living room with beautiful view. Quietly situated in a beautiful walking area. Spotless and every morning the bread order was at the top of the stairs. Helpful hostess.

The whole holiday was as pleasant as the reception was. The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly equipped, whether it's a kitchen, bathroom, living room, ski cellar, ... nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable and say thank you very much. The view is fantastic!

Very nice apartment, corresponds to the description, nice landlady, we felt very comfortable. You need a car to get to the house about 2 km above the village (ski bus also works), but with a great panorama from the balcony.
