Large house with an attractive facade, well suited for parents, children and grandparents (even in winter). Location in the village with a ski bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Functional ski cellar with outside door. No toilet on the upper floor, so unfortunately having to go down the stairs at night. Flooring in the hallway on the upper floor needs replacing. Some of the beds (mattresses) are also at the end of their useful life. Kitchen equipment could be improved (mixer, bowls, decent frying pan...). Common rooms are functional.

The accommodation is perfect for 2 families or similar constellations. The common room has corner benches with tables, so you can play board games, so the "missing" sofa didn't bother us. It would be great if there was a washing machine available. We felt very comfortable and didn't find the flies annoying. A round with the swatter once a day and the problem is no longer there.

Some toilets do not have a wash basin. No advertising brochures, public transport timetables and attractions in the area. The guesthouse is designed for 15 people and in 3 rooms there are extra beds with uncomfortable small sofas. No keys to one room. No wi-fi password in a visible place. It was given at the express request. 200% reluctance of the owner for dogs even outside the building.

We had a lovely week with the family. The house was clean but we had a huge fly problem. Since we were a family, we got by with the 4 showers and 3 toilets.

The house was fine and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses are partly very saggy. Unfortunately there is - at least in the summer - a plague of flies - so take a fly swatter with you! The non-negotiable departure by 9am is very inconvenient.

Reception was rushed and not at all friendly, un-Austrian. The house was clean and big enough, most beds were bad. Heating in all rooms cannot be arranged by us and during the day until 4 pm, while during the day a number of people were always present in the house. Contacted about this got the same unfriendly lady on the phone. She had checked us and saw that during the day the bedroom windows were open and therefore the heating did not go on.Problem not solved.

The house is good and clean. We were only missing a few things in the kitchen. Like, a pot licker, salad bowl, microwave pot, the microwave is there but not one pot that goes in. And another tip the door of the downstairs room creaks, which is very disturbing at night.

For a men's tour to ski it was fine. Basically, the accommodation is very clean and the landlady is extremely nice and cooperative. The roll service offered is very good... at half past six in the morning the rolls, which you can choose from a large selection, were in front of the door. You have to make compromises in the sanitary facilities. Only one room has a shower...the rest (3 toilets, 2 showers) are in the corridors. The kitchen is large and well equipped.

Well equipped house. Enough bathrooms provided; relatively small kitchen for so many people. The garden is smaller than it appears in the pictures and they had just planted grass so we were not allowed to walk in part. Outside a lot of noise due to road works and various houses around. The people live next door and above and that is sometimes noticeable. Too bad there is no WiFi available / only for a fee.
