M. is a fantastic hostess, we could ask for everything, good tips, everything present in the house, a fantastic bed for people with back problems. In short.. We are going back to this place! Very nice hosts, nice house, cozy and clean apartment, well equipped (kitchen too). A few minutes by car to the slopes. Access road very well maintained in winter conditions! We spent a very successful week! The view from the window to the city below is beautiful.

House well-kept, clean. Beautifully located. The view from the window is amazing. At guests' disposal there is a table tennis and table football as well as a place to relax. The hostess is very nice.

The apartment has a fantastic view as it is on a hillside. The road there is very narrow at the end, but since there was little snow, we got there well.

Accommodation with a great view of the Ziller Valley. Less than 10 minutes drive to the center of Zell am Ziller. Standard of rooms OK.

Beds much too low. It is not nice to sit narrow hard corner dining area no decent sitting area apartment could have been a little bigger for the price

NEW! The owner asked us to pay a new local tax introduced possible in 2017 by local authorities , about 1,5 euro /day/person for entire period. It was not stipulated in contract.Otherwise location ok, owner ok.
