Hanna Apartment 2

We spent four nights with our dog at J.'s. The apartment was super clean and everything you need was there. The location is quiet on the mountain and you can find great walking paths with the dog in the forest. We thought the location was great as a starting point for various mountain tours. Communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated. And the sun terrace is perfect for a sunny breakfast and a while.

Ground floor holiday home on the ground floor with very spacious bathroom and 2 nice bedrooms. Good kitchen with oven and fridge with freezer! On the terrace good chairs, table and parasol

Very beautiful view. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, you need snow chains on the road. Our GPS and Google didn't know the last stretch of the road, but there is a sign. The apartment has underfloor heating, which is controlled by the landlady. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. The equipment basically leaves nothing to be desired. And the landlady is very friendly and helpful. There were no problems because of our dog or because of our 1-year-old son, although the two made themselves known loudly from time to time. The only small downside is that the apartment is a bit outside of Kaltenbach and you always have to use the car.

Beautiful location with good facilities

The cottage was neat with a separate toilet. The shower was fantastic. The beds were less good. Are in need of improvement. The host was nice and helpful. The cottage we had a steep last road, exciting in the beginning. You get used to it quickly without snow.

A bit away from the town center but wonderful. The view is awesome. In this apartment everything is there what you need. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Thanks for the nice time

Addition of microwave and hair dryer would be useful.

The apartment may not be occupied with pets, which was annoyingly made clear to us only upon arrival, although we had asked about pets several times before arrival! The landlady is nice but very very pushy and checks our apartment several times a day with constant visits from outside and sometimes inside! We broke off the holiday because it was no recovery to be constantly checked and to be advised that the dog is an eyesore

We had a lovely week with our extended family. Everything available! Service was great! Gladly again!

The apartment is very clean and very well equipped!

Beautiful and spacious apartment with luxurious, large, bathroom. Very clean and nice beds (we were 4 people, so the sofa bed in the living room was not used). Hostess very nice and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped, more than enough plates, pans, cutlery, etc. Only a freezer is missing.

Park the car right in front of the door! Was afraid that I would have to put on the snow chains, but the road was cleared regularly. The rooms are spacious and clean. XXX is hospitable and takes care of you. Thank you, we enjoyed it.

A nice, spacious apartment almost at the end of a dead end side street. Clean and equipped with everything. Enjoy sitting on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Zillertal. You do hear noise from the main street in the valley, but this is not disturbing. (you don't hear this in the apartment!). The spacious layout was ideal for us, as my father uses a walker. The bathroom with walk in shower was perfect. The car is parked right in front of the entrance, which is also nice. We were warmly welcomed by the sympathetic hostess XXX, where you can always go. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Theo and Suzanne

We, a small family of three, were on a skiing holiday in the Zillertal for the second time. Since we were a bit disappointed with another accommodation on our first visit, we had high expectations of Haus Johanna for this year. The house Johanna more than met our expectations. My brother, who had his first skiing holiday this year, was also impressed by the accommodation. We received a very friendly welcome, everything was explained to us in detail, what special features the accommodation has and where we can find what things in town. Haus Johanna offers enough space for 4 to 6 people, is modern and friendly furnished and absolutely clean! The car parking space right in front of the door is incredibly practical and the view directly onto the mountains was a pleasure every day. All in all we had a wonderful week in the Zillertal.

Nice house, a few minus points: Moldy in the master bedroom with double bed because of moisture problems in the wall, but they were going to be addressed. And when you use the seat as a bed, you have no closet space to store your clothes. So yes, if the price remains the same or is reduced, I would recommend this house to others.
