Great apartment that has everything you need. Great location, just a few steps from the ski bus. Nice landlady who is always available

Very neat and well furnished apartment in a quiet location. Landlords are courteous, helpful and family-friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. For shopping, be sure to stop off at the SB Hofladen 3 hairpin bends below.

The apartment is new and very nice. Excellent kitchen, very nice bathrooms, good bedrooms and the photos on the site are very truthful. you can also easily park in front of the house. The only drawback we encountered is that you reach the apartment by driving up a steep mountain through a narrow road. If you are not used to that (like us) then encountering oncoming traffic is quite a challenge. The advantage is that you have a very nice view!

Nice accommodation, good and high-quality equipment, for us the ideal starting point for our hikes. Very little or no cars drive past the house, very quiet location. Parking spaces are directly at the house. Shops can be reached in five minutes by car. The landlords are super friendly and have lots of tips and advice ready. The view of the valley is magnificent, whether during the day, at night or when the clouds are hanging.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is beautifully situated and a good starting point for excursions in the lower and upper Zillertal. The house was only built a few years ago, so everything is still in very good condition. The landlords live in the house and are very friendly. We will definitely come again.

We had wonderful days with our children (8/9). The location of the apartment is wonderful. You have a beautiful view and your peace. However, the way to the bakery etc. is a bit further. All sights are easy to reach by car. The environment is excellent. Here is something for everyone. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

The accommodation is available at a fair price in a top location. Beautiful view towards Mayrhofen. (Ahorn and Penken are wonderful to see... and in summer you can often see paragliders) The accommodation is at an altitude of approx. 760m and therefore approx .160m higher than the valley. The driveway takes some getting used to for inexperienced drivers, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it. The apartment on the ground floor is barrier-free. (The owners call it a basement apartment, but it is on the ground floor) Everything is modern!

The four of us had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. On arrival we were greeted warmly and ... shown through the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen and described in the pictures. Very clean and furnished to a high standard, we fell in love with the apartment and the beautiful view of the Zillertal. Many thanks again to our hosts, we felt very comfortable. We will be back …. But then 2 weeks.

A very nice place to stay, excellent for disabled people.

Spacious, neat, 2 bathrooms with nice shower. Inventory is complete. Despite narrow road easily accessible. Location is close to the ski lift.

Fantastic accommodation, everything you need is available, ski bus right in front of the door, ski room available and the shoes were nice and warm and dry early on, very nice landlords, were already there for the 2nd time and will be going back in the summer.

We rented all three apartments for our family vacation with 12 people. All apartments are super modern and clean...landlady is very friendly. Would book the apartments again immediately. Very nice hillside location with a great view. Ski bus leaves right near the house. A small disadvantage, there are only 3 buses in the morning and in the afternoon and it is too far to walk into the valley.

House newly built in 2017. We had the apartment in the basement. It was furnished with everything you need. We lived in the apartment as a family with two 7-year-old children. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. The 2 bathrooms with showers were particularly pleasant, something you rarely find in a holiday apartment. Everything very neat and clean. In the basement there is only one seat in front of the house. If this bothers you, it is recommended to rent one of the other apartments in the house with a balcony. By the way, you can find this apartment in summer as MHO562 and in winter as MRH562

A beautiful, newly furnished apartment. The connection with the ski bus to the ski area was optimal and the landlady responded to all wishes. Gladly again!
