Pleasant owner and great equipment both in the kitchen area and in the wellness area

After a year of anticipation, we went on holiday with 3 couples. Unfortunately, this was disappointing for A. and her daughter. You arrive and are immediately limited by many rules and agreements. They are very sensitive to noise (complaint about atmospheric music before 9 p.m.) and show no understanding. A. enters the apartment whenever she wishes without permission. Deposit is wrongly withheld... Pay close attention to defects upon arrival + take photos, otherwise you will pay! May be suitable for the elderly.

The house was great, clean and also had the option of a sauna, hot tub and jacuzzi. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Could use a bit of renovation. The beds were good and the location was very quiet. If you don't like driving up the mountains you should maybe think about something else, otherwise a great view and very friendly owner. We liked it a lot.

The overall situation has exceeded our expectations

We had a wonderful holiday in the Zillertal. The scenery is stunning. Anita, our hostess, was very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. We can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Our apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The view from the balcony inspired us every day! The apartment is quite decently equipped but with heavily used appliances. One walk-through room with bunk beds. It would be possible to work on the kitchen equipment a little. Bathroom for renovation. Object for a larger group of undemanding people. Purely. Great views of the mountains. Polite and nice owner. In winter it can be hard to get there. Chains necessary. A good base for hiking tours. Far to the center, shops, restaurants.

Haus Anita, as usually, was perfect place to stay with my friends. The accomodation provide everything what is needed, in additional you get perfect top view on the valley and mountiens and you get the very pleasant possibility to use sauna. The owner, Mrs. XXX is always very pleasant to the guests.
